Memes is a popular culture in China. It is composed of pictures and text. In China, memes first appeared in 2010. The earliest it was used to in crease the fun of our online communication. However , as the culture changes, is becomes to tell us what has become popular recently. It won't stay the same, it will always change. It could be some popular TV shows, the game of the year, or the basketball superstar. Now, in China, many young people have many memes in their cellphone. It is used to express people's moods and ideas when they are chatting online. Chinese memes are different from American memes, I think they are just different in style. However, their purpose is the same. They can increase the fun of our online communication. Chinese young people can't stand without memes when chatting online because missing memes will become boring.
